Rules? We don't need no stinkin' rules!
Well, actually we do and you need to know the following:
A ONE WEEK NOTICE IS ENCOURAGED. However, most orders can be fulfilled within 48 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your time frame.
PAYMENT: Once we receive your order we will contact you ASAP to confirm details and requested pickup time/date as well as answer any questions. We will then email you an invoice and payment is due upon receipt via credit/debit card which confirms your order and adds you to our baking calendar. Payment also confirms you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
THE WHAT IFS: If we are unable to complete your order due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. illness, snow, power outages, locusts, etc., you will be fully refunded.
CANCELLATION: If you cancel your order 48 hours or less before your scheduled pickup date, your payment will not be refunded in order for us to cover the cost/time used to create your order.
DAMAGES: Please inspect your cookies upon pickup. We are not responsible for damaged cookies or packaging once you accept your order.
UNHAPPY? If you are unhappy with our cookies and tell us the dog wouldn't even eat them, please let us know! We ask that you return the remaining cookies to us within 24 hours so we can assess the situation and work out a resolution. Note, we may want to meet the dog.
REFUNDS/CREDITS: We reserve the right to refund/credit at our discretion.
COOKIE CARE: Cookies are perishable and It is best to consume them within a few days to ensure they are as fresh and flavorful as the day they were baked. To store your cookies, leave them in their wrappers and/or keep them in a tin or zip-lock type plastic storage bag. Keep out of sunlight and/or heat. Cookies can be frozen in an air-tight container for up to 2 months.
