COOKIES-TO-GO ON THE NEWS!
A box of No-Name-Ohs (see menu below) was sent to the morning crew at WCSH, News Center Maine after watching them discuss their preferences regarding Oreo cookies. Some twist, some eat them whole. I was mortified when one of the anchors confessed that they only ate the middle of the Oreo and threw the chocolate cookie parts away! Noooooo! The horror! We hoped a box of home-made from scratch No-Name-Ohs would cure their evil wasteful ways so we shipped one down to the station in Portland. Imagine our surprise (and terror) when a live unboxing and taste test was done on air! Thankfully we received a unanimous thumbs up and no one said, "Well, at least she tries".
Thank you Hannah, Todd and especially Lee for putting Cookies-To-Go on the news. It's been fun!

BOURBON MAPLE PECAN CHUNKIES
1 Cookie = $2.95 each, minimum order of four.
A thick browned butter cookie loaded with toasted pecans, chunks of chocolate, chocolate chips, bourbon, maple and a sprinkle of flaked sea salt. The complex flavors compliment one another from the first bite to well after the last.

Dense and rich dark chocolate cookies with a velvet texture for the serious chocolate lover. These are the cookies you hide from the kids.

NO-NAME-OHS

Weighing six times more than those other cookies you're thinking of, these are made with rich dark cocoa, unbleached flour, pure vanilla, and as always, butter. Lots of butter. Soft and chocolatey, they are perfect with a glass of ice cold milk.

MOCHA CHIP BISCOTTI

American style biscotti (a little softer than Italian style biscotti but still dunkable) made with dark cocoa, espresso, a touch of coffee liqueur and hand-chopped chocolate. Finished with a dip in melted chocolate and a sprinkle of toasted almonds. Delicious with a warm winter beverage. (We can omit the toasted almonds if you prefer).

MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Big cookie, big flavor. These are made with dark cocoa, a smattering of chocolate chips and a dash of chili powder. A hint of cayenne pepper creates a warm finish and memorable flavor to this soft and rich cookie.

Intense rich and soft dark chocolate cookies are made with dark cocoa, dark chocolate chips, espresso, a touch of bourbon and waaay more than a touch of rum and coffee liqueur, then finished with a drizzled espresso, rum and coffee liqueur icing. Intense cookies with an intense drool factor.

THE COOKIES BELOW ARE CURRENTLY ON VACATION!
BROWNED BUTTER TOFFEE CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE 1 Cookie = $3.85 each , minimum order of four.
Home-made toffee (yum!), hand-chopped chunks of chocolate, browned butter, brown sugar and a light sprinkle of flaked sea salt on top create a cookie with layers of flavors and texture. These are thick and weigh one ounce short of a quarter pound!

SUGARED CARDAMOM BUTTER COOKIES

Made without eggs or leavening agents, these are very similar to traditional Scottish shortbread: buttery and crumbly, yet not dry. Made with a generous amount of cardamom, these impart just the right amount of cardamom essence. We roll these in sugar before baking and dust again while cooling. Cardamom can be substituted with almond, cinnamon or nutmeg.
