Rules? We don't need no stinkin' rules!  

Well, actually we do and you need to know the following: 

  • A ONE WEEK NOTICE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. If you cannot wait that long for cookies, we don't blame you and we will try to work with you to accommodate your time frame.

  • HOW TO PAY: It's best to contact us before paying for your order to ensure we can meet your time frame. Once that is established we will send you an invoice and payment can be made with a credit card. If you pay first without contacting us, we will contact you to confirm the order details and pickup instructions. We also accept cash or check at time of pickup which must be scheduled.  Call or text us at 207.814.8786. Email:

  • For orders of six dozen cookies or more, a deposit of half of the full payment is required to add you to our baking calendar. If you cancel this order less than 48 hours from the pick up date, your deposit is nonrefundable.  

  • If you were required to pay a deposit and unforeseen circumstances, i.e. snow, power outages, illness, locusts, etc. cause us to not be able to fulfill your order, you will be fully refunded.  

  • Please inspect your cookies upon pickup.  We are not responsible for damaged cookies or packaging once you accept your order. 

  • If you are unhappy with our cookies and tell us the dog wouldn't even eat them, please let us know. We ask that you return the remaining cookies to us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation and work out a resolution. Note, we may want to meet the dog.  

  • We reserve the right to refund/credit at our discretion.
