Rules? We don't need no stinkin' rules!  

Well, actually we do and you need to know the following: 

  • A ONE WEEK NOTICE IS ENCOURAGED. However, most orders can be fulfilled within 48 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your time frame.

  • HOW TO PAY: Once we receive your order we will contact you ASAP to finalize your requested pickup time/date and answer any questions. We will then email you an invoice and payment can be made with a credit/debit card. Payment is required upon receipt of the invoice to confirm and finalize your order and add you to our baking calendar. Cash/Check payments accepted for returning customers only. 

  • THE WHAT IFS: If your order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. snow, power outages, illness, locusts, etc., you will be fully refunded.

  • If you cancel your order 24 hours or less before 8 a.m. on your pickup date, your payment will not be refunded in order for us to cover the cost/time we used to create your order. 

  • Please inspect your cookies upon pickup.  We are not responsible for damaged cookies or packaging once you accept your order. 

  • UNHAPPY? If you are unhappy with our cookies and tell us the dog wouldn't even eat them, please let us know! We ask that you return the remaining cookies to us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation and work out a resolution. Note, we may want to meet the dog.  

  • REFUNDS/CREDITS: We reserve the right to refund/credit at our discretion.

  • NOTE: Cookies are perishable and some remain fresher longer than others. It is best to consume them within a few days to ensure they are as fresh and flavorful as the day they were baked. To store your cookies, leave them in their heat-sealed wrappers and keep them in a tin or zip-lock type plastic storage bag.
